At LIEBSTUDIOS we are committed to
an inclusive design methodology that places the diverse user first in the design of new buildings and adaptive re-use. Our experienced team of architects and interior designers provide technical assessment of existing buildings and facilities as well as self-evaluation and transition plans for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Federal Fair Housing Act and State and Local accessibility guidelines. Our team provides expert witness and technical assistance in ADA related litigation and the removal of physical and program barriers. In new facilities and buildings, our design team and consultants engage Person-Centered Design practices implementing design for all in accordance with Federal, State, and Local guidelines and standards and working holistically with all aspects of the built environment.
